The food industry is constantly faced with new challenges, to which enzymes often offer very efficient, natural and economic solutions.
Apart from our core applications, we also develop tailor-made solutions, in order to meet the needs of our customers in the best possible way. In close collaboration with the customer, we develop enzyme systems to address individual issues. Thus, for example, we can adjust the enzyme activity exactly to our customer’s needs or create enzyme compounds with synergetic effects.
